Getting ready for the Tour de France 2014

At All Terrain Cycles we are a little more than excited that the TDF is starting its epic journey only a few miles from our Bike stores.
Its lifting everyones spirits here in Yorkshire with the worlds great cycle race , if not greatest sporting event only weeks away.
Our race team have been out pounding the miles on both stage 1 and 2.
Last weekend a group smashed Stage 1 in a healthy 7 hours , that's nearly 20 mph average including the notorious  Buttertubs climb.
inspired by what all the grown ups where doing Boerjn Koerdt grabs another win despite the rain and another rider hard on this heels. His face tells the story fantastic winners pose!
Our preparations for our stand in Keighley, on Sunday 6th July, are well under way.
We expect about 350-400 visitors to the very kindly donated building owned by Powerrun.
On the Sprint section on the outskirts of Keighley, we trust this will make a fantastic viewing spot to see our heroes fly by.
There will be food and drink, the latter supplied by our local favourite Brewery, Saltaire Brewery .
Pace Satellites are kindly installing a satellite dish onto the roof and TV screens around the building so come rain or shine we will be able to follow the Race as it unfolds , passes our door and heads to the hills.
There will be raffles , fun and games to keep us entertained throughout the day. Most importantly its all in aid of Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice.
So if you want to join us buy a ticket from any of our stores, £20 will get you a T shirt , refreshment , raffle ticket and a great view of  the Race.
